 
Professional gunmaker's Billet 6061 T6 Aluminum Barrel polishing spinner:
For many years gunmakers have been polishing barrels using a barrel spinner made from cast aluminum. These work great but with commercial use the brittle castings are prone to cracking. A mirror polished Benchrest barrel sent cart wheeling across a concrete floor (after busting my face) compelled me to make a few revisions. These cassettes are 100% CNC machined from billet 6061 T6 bar stock. They are ergonomically profiled with radiuses on all contact surfaces to mitigate user fatigue. They fit standard 1” rectangular aluminum or steel tubing. We have chosen to use a 36” long x 1” rectangular steel bar instead of aluminum for the complete unit as the added mass seems to aid when polishing. They are fitted with U.S. made quality sealed roller bearings and come with brass centers that feature an O-ring in a groove that prevents the center from falling out of the inner bearing race, yet allows for easy removal. They also have a longer service life due to added material on the taper side, allowing for resurfacing of the taper.

These CNC turned estucheons are made from 303 Stainless and feature a 1* taper for ease of removal and are profiled to add an elegant touch to any single shot or blind magazine bolt gun. Countersink is machined at 82* and the through hole is for .250" screw. Nominal dimensions are: .75” x .200

Anschutz 5018/5022 two stage trigger adapter for Winchester P64 M70 action
Anschutz 5018/5022 trigger conversion carriers
These carriers are available in a variety of configurations to adapt the highly desirable Anschutz 5018 and 5022 two stage triggers to various centerfire actions. The best part of this marriage is NO modification to the action or the trigger chassis* is required. Unlike other adapters LongRifles, Inc. adapters are a true drop conversion that can be performed at home with basic hand tools. These adapters are CAD designed and 100% CNC machined from heat treated tool grade steels to provide reliable performance. The mass of the sear transfer bar is minimized to mitigate any significant increase in lock time and uses a reset spring to ensure reliable performance for rapid fire NRA High Power applications. All mounting hardware is supplied with the adapter.
NOTE: *The catch link of the Anschutz trigger will require slight modification in order to complete this conversion. The portion of the link that normally interacts with the Anschutz cocking piece will need to be removed and polished smooth. This is easily done at home with a grinder or Dremel using a cut off wheel. This is an affordable and easy to replace component should the trigger ever be used later on an Anschutz rifle.

Bedding Pillars
These bedding pillars are 100% CNC machined from 300 series stainless bar stock. 300 SS is extremely tolerant to corrosion. They feature a unique register feature that easily allows the user to set the height of barreled action in the stock. Simply drill/machine the register 1.0” from the stock’s showline and that’s it! Properly installed the barreled action will sit in the stock exactly half of its diameter every time! The top side of the pillar features a machined rib to provide positive pillar contact while also allowing a .050” layer of bedding material to contact the action. This feature completely encapsulates almost the whole pillar and assures permanent, rock solid installation. Pillars are available for 1.350”, 1.470, and flat bottomed actions. The pillars are also available with reusable bedding studs machined from 1045 ground/polished bar stock. Special pillars and studs for other applications are also available.* Studs are also available in any thread pitch.*
